With our new Spokesperson feature, you can easily track and analyze the key voices shaping the conversation around your brand on social media. This includes your own spokespersons as well as competitors’ key figures, giving you a broader view of the social landscape.

What you can monitor

The Spokesperson view provides detailed insights for each selected profile, including: 

Posts
The number of posts published during the selected period. 

Posts, previous period
Compare activity with the previous period to identify trends and changes. 

Likes
Track the total number of likes received. 

Shares
Understand how far each spokesperson’s content spreads. 

Comments
See how much discussion and interaction their posts generate. 

Followers
View the current number of followers. 

Follower growth
Measure how the audience grows over time.

Account filtering
Select the specific profile/account you want to view data for. 

Social channel filtering
Filter your insights by platform. 

Custom time periods
Select the time period you want to analyze for deeper or more targeted insights. 

Language selection
Filter content based on the language(s) relevant to your analysis. 

Sentiment filtering
Use AI-generated sentiment to filter posts by positive, negative, or neutral tone. 

Custom time periods
Select the specific time period you want to analyze. 

Sorting options
Sort spokespersons or posts using:
