How do i use the subscription service?

The subscription service is a feature where individual users within your organization can easily create and manage their own email notifications from selected editorial and social media search profiles.

The link to your subscription service can be made available to users internally, and the settings can be adjusted to your needs.

To create a new subscription: Click the link to the subscription service. It is also available in your Retriever platform in the left hand menu.

Under Profiles - Editorial Media you will find search profiles from editorial news sources.

Under Profiles - Social Media you will find social media search profiles.

The frequency of the delivery can be set to a commonly shared time for all recipients, or an individually adjusted frequency.

A selection of search profiles is easily made by first selecting Editorial or Social Media, and then choosing the search profiles you wish to include in your subscription. You can combine profiles from both categories in the same subscription.

If individual adjustment of delivery time is enabled, you can change these settings by clicking Edit.

You can adjust time of day and frequency for your delivery, ranging from once a week to every 15 minutes.

When having made your selection of relevant search profiles and adjusted wanted settings, fill out your email address and click Subscribe. To cancel an existing subscription, click Unsubscribe at the bottom of the page and enter your email address when prompted.

To change an existing subscription click the link included in your email delivery. An email will then be sent to the provided email address, with a link from which a new selection of search profiles and/or delivery frequency time can be adjusted. This also prevents any unauthorized editing of active subscriptions.
