Sorting messages
Click "Sort", Choose how to sort your messages
Step 1: Click on the drop down menu to see your sorting options.
Step 2: Choose how you want to sort your messages, this is individual and nothing that affect your colleagues.
You can sort your messages based on:
- Oldest post (oldest post/conversation on top)
- Newest post (newest post/conversation on top)
- Waiting longest (oldest comment on top)
- Waiting Shortest (newest comment on top)
- Postive first (Comments with positive sentiment on top)
- Negative first (Comments with negative sentiment on top)
