Sentiments

The sentiment functionality is a feature that makes it possbile to analyze and determine the tone or emotion on your mentions, comments or posts. 

Manual Sentiment rating:

Click the "Sentiment" button --> Choose between Positive, Neutral or Negative

Positive (Green) – e.g., praise, compliments, or satisfied customer feedback

Neutral – (Grey) – e.g., factual statements or mentions without clear emotion

Negative (Red) –  e.g., complaints, criticism, or frustration

 

AI Sentiment Detection

If you prefer not to manually assign sentiment to posts, our tool offers AI Sentiment Detection.

The AI automatically analyzes content and assigns the appropriate sentiment label.

It saves time, ensures consistency, and helps you stay on top of brand perception β€” even across large volumes of data.

You can always adjust sentiment manually if needed, but the AI handles most of the work for you.
