Can't see Posts and Comments on my Ads

Got to Settings, Social Media Channels, Press Connect Facebook Ads Account

If you are using a Facebook Ads account to create posts on your channels, you need to connect the relevant Facebook Ads account to your RelationDesk Organization.

Once you have connected your account the posts and comments will be visible in RelationDesk.

Obs: If you are using an external marketing agency for your content they will have to be invited to your RelationDesk Organization and link the account.
