Access level explanations in Social media management
You can give different access levels to all your pages in Retriever SMM
The follownig accesses can be given in Retriever SMM.
Engage
Access: Can access
No access: Can not access
Publish
Publisher: Can publish and schedule content. This is the highest level of access in Publish
Creator: Can create content, but can only either 1) save it as draft or 2) send it for approval
Approver: Can approve/reject content (that has been sent for approval). When content is approved it becomes scheduled
Viewer: Can see the calendar. But can not create/edit neither content nor notes.
No access: Can not access

Org. owner access: Organization owners always have settings access to all channels
