The starting page in Retriever Listen
At the top of the page, choose which one of your project you wish to display Top Insights for. Here you will find the total number of posts from the different social medias during the last 30 days. You will also find a comparison to the number of posts from last months, and this will be shown in percentage.
Your Top Insights consists of three automated posts being generated once a day, based on engagement and sentiment in all your posts.
Relevant post: A neutral post with a lot of engagement.
Positive post: A popular post with a lot of engagement.
Potential problem: A post that could bring negative consequences.
