The starting page in Retriever Listen

At the top of the page, choose which one of your project you wish to display the overview for as well as for what time period.

Here you can see:

Most popular post: A post with the most engagement and a positiv sentiment.

Most negativ post: A post with the most engagement and a negative sentiment.

Most influential post: A post with the most engagement from the account with the most followers. 

Unusual activity: A post that sticks out from the rest, either with a positive or negative sentiment. 

"Breakdown by channels" displays the amount of posts for the different social media channels for the time period chosen. Here you can also see a comparison with the previous period, this is displayed as a percentage.
