Can't see comments on sponsored posts/ads

If you are having trouble retrieving comments on sponsored posts/ads, it may be due to a missing connection to our tool. The solution to this is that you need to link the external agency's ad account via the "Add ads account" button (if you are using an external agency for your ads).

Start by adding a person from the external agency via Settings - Organization Members - Invite New Members. See below:

Once this is done, you need to link their ad account via Social Media Channels - Facebook Ads Accounts. See below:
