Sentiment

The sentiment functionality is a feature that makes it possbile to analyze and determine the tone or emotion on your mentions, comments or posts. 

Positive (Green) – e.g., praise, compliments, or satisfied customer feedback

Negative (Red) –  e.g., complaints, criticism, or frustration

Neutral – (Grey) – e.g., factual statements or mentions without clear emotion

Step 1: Access Measure and click on the "Sentiment" tab. 

 

Step 2:  Sentiment Over Time

This graph shows sentiments per day over time. 

You can sort on all accounts or specific ones in the drop down. 

 

Step 3: Sentiment Distribution

Distribution of sentiment for Positive, Neutral and Negative. 

 

Step 4: Sentiment by platform

This shows the sentiment distribution split between the plattforms. 


 

Step 5: Sentiment by day and time period

Here you can see the average sentiment (-1 to +1) split by day and time of day. 

 

Step 6: Cumulative Sentiment score
