See all Interactions

You can view all past messages, posts and comments from any customer by following the steps below.

Step 1: Click the name of the customer you want to see past interactions with

Step 2: Click "See all Interactions"

You will be taken to a page with all the current and old messages to and from the user

OBS: The number next to a customer shows how many messages he or she has sent
