Can't see any new posts on my channel

Go to Settings, Social Media Channels, Reconnect, Reconnect to Facebook

Sometimes the connection to Facebook can be lost and make it so you can't interact with your page in RelationDesk. 
 

Step 1: Access the Settings panel

Step 2: Go to the Social Media Channels tab --> Click Reconnect

Step 3: Click Reconnect to Facebook and follow the steps shown.


Obs: If you're not the Admin of the disconnected page press "Ask page owner to reconnect" and the admin will get an E-mail asking them to follow the procedure shown above.
