Can't see any new posts on my channel

Go to Settings, Social Media Channels, Reconnect, Reconnect to Facebook

Sometimes the connection to Facebook & LinkedIn can be lost and make it so you can't interact with your page in Retriever.
 

Step 1: Access the Settings panel

Step 2: Go to the Social Media Channels tab --> Click Reconnect

 

Step 3: Click Reconnect to Facebook or LinkedIn and follow the steps shown.


Obs: If you're not the Admin of the disconnected page press "Ask page owner to reconnect" and the admin will get an E-mail asking them to follow the procedure shown above.
