Review and adjust your e-mails deliveries and recipients

For some customers it's possible to review and adjust your e-mail deliveries. Remember that you're only allowed to add e-mails that is connected to your organization.

This is how you proceed:

Log in to your media monitoring portal

To review and/or administrate subscriptions for the editorial monitoring (Monitor) press "Subscriptions" in top right corner.

To review and/or administrate subscriptions for the social media monitoring (Pulse), press the tab Pulse Admin.

Press "New Subscription"

Choose what profiles you want to include in the e-mail under "What to deliver". You can choose how many you want.

 

Then, choose when you want to receive the e-mail.

Press next.

Fill in the name and e-mail for the recipient. Press Save.
