If you receive irrelevant hits, you can select unpublish in the icon below the hit. You can remove more hits at a time by ticking the small box to the left of the hit and then click unpublish in the top menubar.
If this happens regularly, please contact your local Support, so they can adjust your search and reduce the number of irrelevant hits.
