Find the ID of a message
Click the Date of the post, Copy and send the ID to us
For us to help and support you quicker please attach the unique identification number for messages in Retriever.
Step 1: Click on the Date of the post you want to report a problem with.
Step 2: Copy the message ID and send it to us together with your question
