# What is a search profile?

A search profile contains of one or several keywords, and collects the relevant hits to match the profile.

A search profile can search in all the available media sources, or the sources can be narrowed down to a selection of media sources.

You decide what profiles and source selection are relevant for you, and your local Support person will help you with the setup.
