# Unable to Unpause a Team Member

Only Organization Owners: Add number of seats, Unpause the Member

**Step 1.** Go to settings and click on organization members

**Step 2.** Click on the pause button 

**To Unpause your members:**

If your Organization has less seats than the number of added users you cant Unpause any users

**Step 2:** Unpause your Team Member
