# Response Time

See how fast you respond to incoming messages

**Step 1:** Access Measure and click on the "Response Time" tab

**Step 2:** Under the "Response Time" tab you can see your average response time to incomming messages and how it develops over time.

You can change your opening hours and response time goal by clicking the settings wheels
