# Label Management 

Go to Settings > Engage > Label creation

**Step 1:** Go to Settings

**Step 2:** Under the Engage tab you will find "Label Creation"

Select if everyone should be able to create new Labels or only Owners

**Obs:** This setting affects the whole organization and all team members.
