# How to Sort Messages/Comments

Click "Sort", Choose how to sort your messages

**Step 1:** Click on the drop down menu to see your sorting options.

**Step 2:** Choose how you want to sort your messages, this is **individual** and nothing that affect your colleagues.

**You can sort your messages based on:**

-   Oldest post (oldest post/conversation on top)
-   Newest post (newest post/conversation on top)
-   Waiting longest (oldest comment on top)
-   Waiting Shortest (newest comment on top)
-   Postive first (Comments with positive sentiment on top)
-   Negative first (Comments with negative sentiment on top)
