# How to delete Cache memory

If you have a problem a common solution can be to delete your internet browsers cache memory

If you're experiencing issues with how a page loads or functions, clearing your browser's cache may help.

##  **Follow the steps below:**

### **Step 1: Open the Clear Browsing Data Menu**

Press `**CTRL + Shift + Delete**` on your keyboard (Windows) or `**Command + Shift + Delete**` (Mac) to bring up the **Clear browsing data** window in most browsers.

### **Step 2: Clear the Cache**

Make sure **"Cached images and files"** is selected.

Choose a time range (we recommend **"All time"** for best results).

Click **Clear data** or **Delete** to confirm.
