# How do I use the Save-button?

If you want to save articles or share them with a colleague, you can do this by:

Marking the articles

Use on of these buttons:

**Save-** export a report of chosen articles

**Email-** forward chosen articles within you organization

**Move/ Copy** articles between search profiles
