# How can I save a hit in PDF-format?

One way you can save a hit is by clicking on the title and click on **save.** Another way is by creating a report. Here, you tick the box of the hits you want to include in yout report and press **save** in the menu bar. Then you can choose to save it as a PDF, and click on **create a report**. Now you can either save the report or share it with others who have access to the portal by using **Generate link for sharing (requires login)**. The link works for thirty days.
