# Find the Post ID

Click the Date of the post, Copy and send the ID to us

For us to help and support you quicker please attach the unique identification number for the post in Retriever.

**Step 1**: Click on the **Date** of the post you want to report a problem with.

**Step 2:** Copy the Post ID.

**Step 3:** Send the Post ID to us together with your question at [support@retriever.se](mailto:support@retriever.se) 

## **Good to know** 

This functionality is also available if you click on the date on a comment or message.
