# Can't see comments on sponsored posts/ads

If you are having trouble retrieving comments on sponsored posts/ads, it may be due to a missing connection to our tool. The solution to this is that you need to link the external agency's ad account via the **"Add ads account"** button (if you are using an external agency for your ads).

Start by adding a person from the external agency via **Settings - Organization Members - Invite New Members.** See below:

Once this is done, you need to link their ad account via **Social Media Channels - Facebook Ads Accounts**. See below:
