# Add Notes

Click the "Pencil" icon, Create and save your note.

**Step 1:** Click on the pencil icon, see picture below.

**Step 2:** Create the note you want to add and it will be saved. 

### **Good to know:** 

The notes are searchable and visible to everyone in Engage with access to the page

You can create a note on both posts and on comments.
